SHOP POLICIES + SHIPPING
Thank you so much for supporting my work. Every piece from Jordyn Jackson Design Studio is made or thoughtfully assembled by hand, sometimes in my studio and sometimes from wherever the road takes me while touring with Flagship Romance.
Small variations in texture, stamping, stone shape, patina, and finish are part of that handmade process. They are not flaws, but little traces of the time, tools, and hands behind each piece.
Handmade Jewelry
Each piece is created with care, but handmade jewelry will always carry the mark of the hand that made it. Stones may vary slightly in color, shape, or pattern, and hand-stamped lettering may have subtle irregularities. I believe that is part of the beauty of handmade work.
Please read each listing carefully before purchasing, including materials, measurements, sizing notes, and care instructions.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because each piece is handmade, small-batch, or made to order, I do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
That said, I want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with craftsmanship, please reach out within 3 days of delivery so I can take a look and help make it right.
Shipping Timeline
Ready-to-ship pieces usually ship within 3 business days after payment is received.
Made-to-order pieces generally ship within 4 to 6 weeks, unless a different timeline is noted in the listing. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces, everything will ship together once the full order is complete.
During collection launches, holidays, or touring seasons, shipping may take a little longer. Any major delays will be communicated as clearly as possible.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. I am not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact me as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to update it before the package ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. I am not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by USPS, UPS, or another shipping provider.
All U.S. orders include shipping insurance, which typically covers loss or damage while the package is in transit, up until it is marked as delivered. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me and I’ll help you start the claims process when applicable.
International Shipping
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, duties, tariffs, VAT, or other charges required by their country.
Please note that international shipping timelines can vary widely depending on location, customs processing, and local postal systems. Some international shipping options may have limited tracking once the package leaves the United States.

All photos, product descriptions, original copy, jewelry designs, branding, graphics, and other content on this website are the property of Jordyn Jackson Design Studio and/or Flagship Romance LLC, unless otherwise noted.
Please do not copy, reproduce, use, edit, repost, or distribute any images, designs, written content, or brand materials from this site without written permission. Sharing a link to the shop or crediting the work is always appreciated, but copying the work itself is not permitted.

For detailed care instructions, please visit the Materials + Care page linked in the footer. That page includes care notes for the different metals, stones, finishes, and materials used throughout Jordyn Jackson Design Studio.
In general, handmade jewelry should be treated with care and kept away from water, perfume, lotions, harsh chemicals, and prolonged moisture.
