BEYOND JEWELRY

BEYOND JEWELRY

Creativity moves through every corner of my life.

My jewelry sits within a larger world shaped by music, design, interiors, food, travel, and the small rituals that make life feel intentional. I follow curiosity wherever it leads, and each creative path adds something to the way I work. This page shares the influences that shape my life beyond the studio.

01

Life in Music

Touring with my husband Shawn as Flagship Romance has taken us across the world. These experiences shape my sense of rhythm, texture, and storytelling. The energy of each show and each new place becomes part of the way I create, both onstage and in my jewelry making.

Graphic + Brand Design

Much of my creative eye was shaped through years of graphic design work. I am drawn to typography, clean composition, and layouts that feel intentional and human. My handwriting often becomes part of the identity of a piece, and this instinct carries into my jewelry through line, balance, and texture.

Home and Atmosphere

My dream job at eight years old was to be an interior designer. I am drawn to spaces that feel layered and sensory. I love the interplay of contemporary and vintage, architectural and organic, graphic and instinctual. I pay attention to texture, patina, light, and the character of a place. Honoring history and environment feels important, yet I also love pushing boundaries and letting instinct guide me. These elements influence the way I work with materials and shape the atmosphere of my jewelry.

Cooking + Travel

Food is a constant source of comfort and inspiration for me. I love cooking at home, discovering flavors on the road, and creating rituals that bring grounding and joy. These sensory experiences often spark ideas in color, texture, and atmosphere, and they continue to influence how I create in the studio.

05

Everything in my creative world eventually finds its way into the studio. The music, the design work, the interiors, the travel, and the daily rituals all influence the way I think about materials and form. The bench is where these ideas become something I can hold.
